Bill Wells was born in Anacortes, the son of an attorney and a music teacher.  He graduated from Anacortes High School and was a charter member of Key Club at AHS.  Throughout his life he ad a deep love for music, a reverence for the power of education and for his profession, law.

Criteria:

  • Good character and evidence responsible citizenship.
  • 3.0 GPA for sophomore through senior years and completed requirements for entry into the type of institution to which he/she seek entrance.
