Criteria

  • The applicant must be of good character and evidence responsible citizenship.
  • The applicant must have maintained a minimum GPA of 2.8 for their sophomore through senior years, and must have completed requirements for entry into a two or four-year college, university or vocational school.
  • Financial need will be a consideration.
