Mitch Harris Vocational Scholarship

This scholarship is established by Islands Fund, in memory of Mitch Harris.
Mitch Harris was a graduate of Anacortes High School, class of 1974, and owner of General Specialties, an Anacortes welding and fabrication shop, until 2012. This scholarship is to help students that graduated or are attending Anacortes High School who wish to pursue vocational programs or enroll in trade or technical schools.
