The SIA - Verna Wells Music or Art Scholarship was made possible by the proceeds from the Soroptimist International of Anacortes Thrift Shop and donations from the community
The scholarship is available to high school male or female seniors enrolling in a four-year college or university planning to enter studies in music, arts, theater, film, design, or graphic design.
