The SIA - Spirit of Community Susan Woolsey Memorial Scholarship was made possible by the proceeds from the Soroptimist International of Anacortes Thrift Shop and donations from the community
The scholarship will be awarded to a woman twenty-one (21) years or older who is dedicated to the social improvement of her community, particularly through work with children, families, physical or mental health. Ideal candidates are those who have returned to the work force after having a family and/or job outside the home and/or other significant life experience.
